Tournament Play Policy 2020

The following policies are intended to make all tournaments run smoothly and to make sure that our mutual expectations are clear.  If you have any questions regarding this tournament policy, please contact the Golf Tournament Coordinator.

We reserve the right to exercise our discretion for items that may not be mentioned below.

Golf Course:
Power carts may be rented for $13.00 per/cart (4 available)
Pull carts are $5.00 per/cart
Rental Sets are available for $12.00 per/set (includes a sleeve of golf balls and tees)

Driving Range:
Small bucket - $6.00 (30 balls)
Medium bucket - $11.00 (60 balls)
Large bucket - $13.00 (100 balls)
Jumbo bucket - $16.00 (150 balls)
Value Cards also available, starting at $50.00

Various packages are available with a wide selection of Food and Beverage options, Tee Prizes, Golf Instruction and Tournament Scoring. Please consult with the Tournament Coordinator to assist you with all of your tournament details. 

  • Upon approval of the play dates, a contract will be sent to your tournament's coordinator. Golf contracts are created for all groups consisting of 16+ players. Signed contracts must be returned within 30 days of the mail date and must be accompanied by a non-refundable $250 deposit. The deposit will be credited toward fees due.
  • The balance of your fees is due on the date of your event upon review of the final invoice. Any changes to your event must be made prior to this date. At that time, a credit book account with be established in your tournament's name and your prize funds will be made available to you for any advance purchases. 
  • We ask that all of your tournament players be aware of-and respect-our course rules and pace of play guidelines. Your tournament coordinator will be responsible for making sure that these rules and guidelines are followed for the enjoyment of all.
  • Puget Sound weather is unpredictable and all golfers should be prepared for adverse weather conditions. Please read and be familiar with the Premier Golf Weather Policy. 
  • We aerify and topdress our greens two times per year: one time each in the spring and fall. Contact the Golf Tournament Coordinator for tentative target dates.
  • In accordance with Washington state law, the entire golf course is a licensed premise. It is unlawful to bring your own alcohol to the facility. We also do not allow ice chests on the course.
  • All food and beverage must be purchased through the Interbay Café. All arrangements for food and beverage service should be done through the restaurant manager at the course where you intend to hold your event.
